Division of Academic Exchange

1. Assist with the promotion, management, and budget control of the Ministry of Education’s Higher Education Sprout Project (HESP) indicators.
2. Assist with the application, implementation, and budget control of the Ministry of Education’s Taiwan Experience Education Program (TEEP) for outstanding foreign youth.
3. Assist with the application, implementation, and budget control of the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA) for vocational and technical education.
4. Assist in establishing international partnerships for industry-academia-research collaboration, including guest invitations, receptions, and activity arrangements.
5. Assist with the negotiation, signing, planning, and implementation of international cooperation and exchange agreements under Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
6. Assist in the planning of cross-cultural exchange activities and promoting an international-friendly atmosphere in campus.
7. Assist with admissions-related affairs for overseas students (degree and non-degree programs).
8. Assist with overseas students (short-term and non-degree programs)  affairs during their stay in Taiwan.
9. Assist in recommending domestic students for overseas short-term study, exchange, training, and competitions.
10. Assist in promoting and recruiting international visiting professors for the university.
11. Assist in handling the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) between the university and overseas institutions.
12. Assist in publicizing the university’s international academic activities and programs.

Division of International Student Affairs

1. Assist with the Ministry of Education’s “Study Abroad Program” in selecting students to participate in exchange programs with partner universities in Japan.
2. Assist with overseas students in participating in the Ministry of Education’s English Language Teaching Assistant (ELTA) Program and the Hands Together program.
3. Assist with overseas students with registration and orientation.
4. Provide guidance and assist with reporting matters related to overseas students on various administrative matters, including temporary leaving, resumption of studies, withdrawal, and graduation.
5. Assist with overseas students in applying for scholarships and grants.
6. Facilitate overseas students’ participation in cross-cultural exchange activities.
7. Assist with campus-related matters, including work permits, residence permits, insurance, academics, and daily life.
8. Assist with degree-seeking overseas students with the admission application process.
9. Assist the Ministry of Education’s “Study Abroad Program” in selecting students to participate in exchange programs with partner universities in Europe and the United States.
10. Assist the Ministry of Education’s “Elite Scholarship” in subsidizing university lecturers from New Southbound Policy countries to pursue graduate studies at the university.
11. Assist university faculty in applying for international projects under the National Science and Technology Council, such as bilateral cooperation programs.
12. Assist university faculty in applying for the Ministry of Education’s “Dream-Building Study Abroad Program” to send students abroad for internships.
13. Assist with budget management and record-keeping for the university’s official overseas delegation projects.
14. Assist in promoting and recruiting international visiting professors for the university.
15. Assist in handling the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) between the university and overseas institutions.
16. Assist in publicizing the university’s international academic activities and programs.
17. Assist overseas degree-seeking students with admissions, application processes, and preparations for coming to Taiwan.
