Main Responsibilities
Management of student rewards and disciplinary actions, attendance and absence control, off-campus housing visits, guidance on dormitory-related affairs, handling of emergency incidents, evaluation and safety rating of landlords, and management and operation of the Dormitory Learning Resource Center.

．Utilization of counseling facilities and equipment
．Counseling services and psychological assessments
．Preventive counseling work – new student screening, class-level guidance
．Mental health education and awareness campaigns – themed week series
．Special programs – Care Series (support for teachers and class leaders)
．Special projects and activities
．Advisor-related affairs
．Implementation of gender equality education
．Management and utilization of counseling volunteers

Services
．Handling campus emergency incidents and providing wound care
．Promoting health enhancement programs
．Organizing health checkups for new students
．Monitoring and managing students with health issues
．Managing student group insurance services
．Establishing cooperative relationships with contracted hospitals and clinics
．Conducting various health and safety education programs and first aid training
．Organizing campus blood donation events
．Implementing infectious disease prevention and control measures
．Providing support for events such as sports day, graduation ceremonies, and school fairs
．Handling administrative tasks and official document processing
．Convening the Health Committee
．Organizing meetings for health class representatives
．Administering free influenza vaccinations for five-year junior college program students
