College Introduction

The College of Management🔗 aims to cultivate professional management talents who possess communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills to meet the needs of regional industries. The four key learning objectives for students are: Professional competence, Problem-solving ability, Communication skills, Professional ethics.

The curriculum emphasizes the integration of theory and practice, promotes research in information infrastructure, and instills the concepts of lifelong learning and self-directed learning. This approach ensures that students can adapt to the rapidly evolving global information environment and develop a forward-thinking mindset to enhance the future competitiveness of businesses.

The Department of Industrial Management aims to cultivate professionals with expertise in professional competence, practical application, communication and collaboration, and professional ethics. Curriculum Highlights: Quality Management, Production and Logistics Management, Business Management, and Practical Projects.

The Department of Information Management aims to cultivate IT and management professionals, ensuring that graduates possess the expertise required by the corporate sector. The curriculum emphasizes both theory and practice, equipping students with practical knowledge of e-business operations and technologies. Students will develop skills in data collection and analysis, resource coordination and integration, and problem-solving, while also being trained to evaluate overall business operations and efficiency.

The Department of Business Administration was founded with the purpose to communicate the ideals, philosophy, theory, process, methods, and tools of management related to business operation. Further, it is our mission to substantiate and enhance the capacity of business operation and train professional personnel in business administration in accordance with the environment of businesses’ development. In addition, we also endeavor to engage in academic research and intensify the knowledge of business management to transform our department into a training center for professionals and become the partner of various businesses.
We aim to train students to become professional personnel in the field with sound capability and humanistic concern. In addition, we would like to educate our students to respect their professions and cooperate with their co-workers with team spirit. Being optimistic and positive, they will become the pillars of society.

The department follows three main principles: “practical-oriented,” “employment-oriented,” and “diversity-oriented” in developing students’ core professional competencies. The curriculum emphasizes hands-on practice and application. The program is diversified, covering three major areas: “financial management,” “securities investment,” and “financial insurance.” We closely collaborate with relevant industries to align with students’ future career paths, inviting senior executives from the financial industry to give lectures and teach courses. Additionally, we arrange internships for students in the industry to strengthen their professional skills and practical experience, ultimately achieving the goal of integrating learning with application and ensuring successful employment.
