I am fascinated in ties, also known as guanxi in Chinese. Particualry, I focus on the roles of ties in the context of SMEs.Recently, USR has gotten my attention, so I am implementing it into my teachings. If you are interested in those topics, why not just email me? We can have a coffee and talk about them. I have several years of EMI teaching experience. I had taught in an ETP program for three years. The composition of the students was half international students and half domestic students. Now, I am teaching bilingual courses, and the majority are locals. The teaching methods are different, and so are the dynamics. I cannot deny that using a foreign language to lecture courses that are not your mother tongue is challenging; however, we can learn through interaction.
