【FW】To Keep African Swine Fever at Bay

1. The Taiwanese government is intensifying border security measures to prevent the entry of African Swine Fever into Taiwan.
台灣政府正加強邊境安全措施，以防止非洲豬瘟入侵台灣。

2. To safeguard against the spread of Foot and Mouth Disease and African Swine Fever, the Council of Agriculture (Executive Yuan) has strictly prohibited passengers from bringing any meat products into Taiwan.
為防範口蹄疫與非洲豬瘟的傳播，行政院農業委員會已明令禁止旅客攜帶任何肉類產品入境台灣。

3. Violators may face fines of up to NTD 1 million.
違反規定者最高可被處以新台幣100萬元罰款。

 4. Please stop bringing foreign meat products or live animals into Taiwan to help mitigate the risk of African Swine Fever.
請勿攜帶國外的肉類產品或動物入境，共同降低非洲豬瘟的威脅。
