JENG-JER ,LIN 林正哲

I am working in the Human Resource Development and Customer Service Department of Taiwan’s top 100 corporations, and in my spare time, I am an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the National Formosa University. My research interests are in the areas of Service marketing, Human resource development, Public relations crisis management, and Advertising and Integrated Marketing Communications, etc. I am looking forward to sharing my practical experience and academic expertise with students.
