Important Notice for Travelers to Taiwan! 

Starting October 1, 2025, all foreign travelers must complete the online “Taiwan Arrival Card (TWAC)” before entering Taiwan. The paper version (A Card) will no longer be accepted.

To streamline immigration procedures, the National Immigration Agency launched the new electronic arrival card this May. Here’s what you need to know:

 Complete the TWAC online within 3 days before arrival:
Visit the official website and fill out the form in either Chinese or English. Explanations are available in 7 languages (Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, and Indonesian).

 Faster with passport upload:
Take a photo of your passport info page — personal details will be auto-filled to save time!

 Traveling with family or a group?
One person can complete the form for up to 16 travelers — super convenient for group travel.
