Office of Academic Affairs

The Office of Academic Affairs🔗 is responsible for planning admissions and handling joint entrance examinations. It also manages the registration process for new and current students, student status administration, grade recording, and the issuance of various official documents. Additionally, the office oversees matters related to students’ academic progress, such as credit transfer, program transfer, double majors, leave of absence or withdrawal, and graduation qualification review.

In terms of curriculum, the Office of Academic Affairs is in charge of course planning and scheduling, course selection procedures, faculty appointments, and schedule adjustment approvals. It also manages centrally controlled classrooms and related teaching resources.

Furthermore, the office compiles and publishes the school brochure, newsletter, and academic journal. It participates in education fairs, organizes campus visits, and conducts outreach activities. The office actively promotes student recruitment, strengthens collaboration with high schools and vocational schools, and strives to enhance the university’s overall academic and educational image.
